~~~ Day 6 (22 March 2011)~~~
Today, the tiling job is proceeding..., slowly. And yet, another one and a half of the wall were tiled.
The progress was slow because the tiling was done by only one person :(.
Look at the dirty floor !!!
Daniel is four years old today and we were having dinner at Anthony's home. Hence, didn't manage to take photos of the work done for the day.
~~~ Day 7 ~~~
Today, the masons were tiling the wall around the small window. They were working hard in cutting the tiles to fit the window sill. Seems like an exhausting task as they had to cut the tiles into very thin pieces.

Doesn't it looks beautiful and clean?

Consequently, I noticed the renovation is progressing very little. Only +1 side of the wall had been tiled today.
They also began to grout the walls. Certainly, starting with the first wall :P.

The grout is in pink. A very lovely colour :) They used three bags of grouting powder, but one of them had harden. The mason; a handsome young man had only realized it after mixing it with water. Thus, he thrown it away. What a waste! After they had left, I collected the harden paste from the trash bin and was trying to dissolve the paste by adding water, crushing and stirring. Unluckily, the solution was very muddy with some tiny pink pebble/sand sinking on the bottom. I used it to grout a very small portion of the floor on the balcony upstairs. I was making a lot of mess :P
